Heavy-duty Primary Locksets

The EE1000 series lock provides access controll on both sides of of the door by combination. The best choice for two way door security-sensitive areas in airport lounges, jetway departure, police station holding rooms institutional, and industrial buildings. Each side accepts an independent code for added security.

Optional key override allows a facility to maintain or initiate a master keyed security system.* Key override models will accept most manufacturer's removable-core cylinders: ASSA, Best/Falcon/Arrow/Eagle/KSP/Lloyd Matheson, Corbin/Russwin, Schlage, Medeco/Yale, and Sargent. Double Sided or Single Sided.

Construction:  Heavy-duty cylindrical lock housing conforms to ANSI 156.2 Grade 1. Cast front housing; Fixed knob. Brass unified trim plate; cast or wrought brass knobs.

Door thickness:  1 3/8" to 2 1/4" (35 to 57 mm)

Strike:  Includes "T" strike plate ; ASA strike plate and "DB" strike box.

Latch:  5/8" (16 mm) throw latch carries a 3-hour UL/ULC fire rating for "A" labeled doors. 2 3/4" (70 mm) backset. Floating front.

Control: Anti-Tamper Torx Tool Bit for combination change.

Reversibility: Latch/hand are field reversible.
