STAR tube safes have been the standard for gas stations, fast food, small retail establishments and home owners for over 45 years.
Low cost combined with the various body styles and optional doors will fit almost any cash handling system.

• Manipulation resistant, unitized U.L. Group II key changeable lock. Protected by a revolving carburized hardplate.
• Removeable dial and drive/drill resistant spindle preventing damage from burglary attack and additional protection from hold-up.
• Door, 7-1/4" clear opening, is 1-3/4" solid steel.
• Door is securely locked by three bolts each requiring over 25,000 pounds to shear.
• Each locking bolt has its own hardened steel positive relocking bolt.
• Body - - "B" rate construction.

Super Brute/Brute

All BRUTE series safes are designed to provide secure storage for documents, jewelry, precious metals and miscellaneous valuables at an economical price. A properly installed BRUTE will provide excellent fire and burglary protection. The BRUTES meet and exceed the requirements of the Insurance Offices Manual of Burglary Insurance and no convenience features have been overlooked.

"B" and "CB" Rate, Rectangular Body, Hinged Door Floor Safe

Door:

• "B+" Series constructed of 3/4" solid steel. "CB" Series constructed of "1" solid steel.
• Large S&G brass plated dial and black matte finish dial ring with matching handle.
• Attractive gold American Security emblem.
• Reliable U.L. listed S&G combination lock.
• An additional spring loaded relocking device, activated by a punching attack.
• Lock and relocks are protected by a large carburized hardplate.
• A handle activated locking mechanism consisting of five 3/4" diameter locking bolts. Each bolt is drive resistant, steel chromed with a long throw.
• One piece heavy duty dead bar behind the hinge prevents removal of door even if the hinges are removed during forced entry attempt.
• Door is designed to fit full body size, which greatly reduces any possible pry points.
• New quick-release hinges offer an easy snap-in design allowing door installation after construction has been completed.
• Doors are interchangeable with all Super Brutes.
• End user can get combination changes by just bringing the door to a locksmith.

Body:

• New black textured body and door.
• Attractive robotically welded design offers strong reliable welds to protect against burglary attacks and reduce possible leakage.
• "B" rate construction.
• The Super Brutes's new door jamb design is manufactured with state-of-the-art equipment, with built-in devices offering the ultimate protection against sledgehammer attack.
• A large convenient 10-3/4" x 11-1/8" door opening, for bulky items.
• One sliding shelf with double wide models (B3700/CB3700). Two sliding shelves with triple wide models (B5800/CB5800).
• Attractive carpeted floor in every unit.
• A flush cover plate for total concealment under a carpet. A burglar can walk on it and never know it's there.
